Sub: Regarding Collection of UDISE Plus data as on 30-09-2020

Sir/madam,

With reference to letter no HPSES-(SSA)-MIS-02/2003 vol-IX-483-494 dated 30^th April 2021 regarding UDISE + data is collected from schools as on 30^th September every year. This year also, the collection will remain online as on 30^th September 2020 on http://udiseplus.gov.indeveloped by MHRD-NIC. Like previous year all the GSSSs, GHSs , GMS and all Private schools will have to fill their data online at their own level for which username and password have already provided last year by Block users i.e. by BRC Office. As Govt. Middle Schools who have no internet facility in their premises, they are advised to fulfill this online data in their respective complex /cluster schools.

Govt. Primary Schools will submit their filled in DCFs of respective cluster to BRCC office duly 100% verified by the CRCC/ CHT within week after receiving of printed DCF from BRCC for online entry at block level.

In this regard any problem in username and password; first you may contact the person of your school that who filled this UDISE plus data previous year. If not, you may contact your Block MIS coordinator (BRCC U. Pry) with your mobile No and email id for resetting your username and password. If the school has the username and password in working then start the process of data feeding of UDISE Plus for the year 2020-21 as on 30-09-2020 on the portal www.udiseplus.gov.in within the stipulated time i.e. on or before 20^th May 2021.

Further, it is brought to your kind notice that the data is important for planning, educational statistics and policy formation for district, state and national level so that you will check and verify all the information is as per actual .

As such it is again requested that all the infrastructure /facilities data must be verified by School Heads/Principals/ Headmasters particularly condition of classrooms, toilets and drinking water, ramps and hand rails etc.

Therefore you are requested to take the initiative to update/add all details as on 30-09-2020. This online process must be completed on or before 20^th May 2021. Your personal attention in this matter is solicited please.
